New Zealand AI Chatbot for Hotels by Book Me Bob: Expands Executive Team in Australia & USA Markets

New Zealand Book Me Bob World HQ is very excited to announce the appointment of Mr Charlie Young to the Executive Leadership Team of Book Me Bob AI Chatbot for Hotels by Hoteliers. Initially Mr Young will be based in the city of Adelaide, Australia with a time line to move to Hawaii by mid 2021 if not before to establish the USA office of Book Me Bob to accelerate growth in this key market. Mr. Young will will hold the position of Senior Vice President for Growth - Australia & USA markets.


Charlie is an authentic, passionate, driven, leader with over 30 years of hospitality experience, working in many countries and regions around the world including many years in the USA.


He enjoys working closely with hotel owners, investors and other stakeholders to ensure a clear transparent understanding of objectives delivering positive, productive outcomes, from both a guest experience and financial results perspective.

Charlie has contributed significantly to the broader hospitality industry over many years and has done so with passion and integrity. He is dedicated and driven on delivering world-class culture and service initiatives ensuring his teams achieve results. He has a track record for growing established properties, “turned around” troubled properties and launched new brands in new regions. He has overseen new hotel openings (including pre-opening construction phase) as well as comprehensive refurbishments. He has worked with landlords, and retail partners and built entirely new operating teams from the ground up.
